In order to maintain an even balance of leads & follows, we are currently putting all single follows on a waiting list.  If you are a single follow, please continue to register and we will notify you ASAP as soon as a spot become available.  All leads and lead/follow pairs will continue to be accepted right away.

================= PAYMENT =================

Payment can be made using your credit card or PayPal account from our payment page (Click on "PAYMENT" in the menu on the left), or by personal check or money order (in US dollars) sent by mail. Please check the appropriate box below to indicate your intention for payment. Payment by check will help you to avoid the added online PayPal charge.



=========== DINING, HOUSING, & CARPOOLING ===========

DINING: Approximately 1 month before the event, we will send out a survey regarding your meal preference for our Saturday dinner & dance in the Copper room (that's when the chef will announce the menu). Please be sure to reply to this survey when it comes, as we will need this information to plan for the event.

CARPOOLING: If you need a ride, or if you can offer a ride to Harrison Hot Springs, once you have registered and paid for the event, Ari will send you a link to a Google spreadsheet that will allow you to connect with others looking for or offering rides.

ROOMMATES: First, be sure to reserve a room at Harrison Hot Springs to guarantee you have a space (you can always cancel up to 72 hrs before the event without penalty, so no worries, but rooms do sell out as the event gets nearer). Then, if you would like find someone to share a room with, once you have registered and paid for the event, Ari will send you a link to a Google spreadsheet that will allow you to connect with others looking for or offering spaces in their rooms.


=============== SCHOLARSHIP FUND ===============

If you would be willing to donate $25, $50, or more to our event scholarship fund, the money will be used to help subsidize participants who might not otherwise be able to afford to attend. To make your donation online using PayPal or a credit card, simply go to our Payments page and select any combination of tickets for how much you would be willing to donate ($25, $50, $100, $200, $300, etc). Payments can also be made using cash (in person), or by check or money order (in person or by mail). Your support is very much appreciated and will go a long way to helping other dancers attend this event!


Registration Terms and Policies:

•    Liability Waiver: I acknowledge that there are physical risks involved while participating at Harrison Hot Springs Dance & Spa Retreat (HHS). I voluntarily attend the event, acknowlege the risks, and release liability and waive any and all claims and causes of action against Roll Up The Rug, Harrison Hot Springs, and all HHS Organizers arising out of my participation at HHS and traveling to/from the event. If I should require medical care or treatment, I agree to be personally responsible for any costs incurred as a result of such treatment, including legal and attorney fees. I am also aware and give my consent for Harrison Hot Springs, Roll Up The Rug, and HHS Organizers to use any photos and/or video of me taken during HHS for marketing material. 

•    In the unlikely event that we need to make changes to the event (schedule, venue, instructors, etc), we will make every effort to notify you via e-mail, Facebook, and our webpage.
